Shipping policy

• If you need to change your shipping address, please DM @ameerahscharms as soon as possible.
– Address changes will require an additional shipping fee.
– We can only update the address before your order leaves our facility.

• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced packages once they have been shipped.

• Customers are responsible for contacting USPS regarding any issues with orders that have been fulfilled and shipped.

• Please ensure that your name and shipping information are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Once an order has been submitted, processing for shipment will begin and cannot be canceled or modified beyond the allowed timeframe.

• Processing time for non-customized items is 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays), before shipping.
